All preliminary proposals, sketches, and estimates provided via our website or initial contact are subject to final site inspection. Landscape architecture is highly dependent on terrain, soil health, and existing structures. Final costs will be established in a formal, binding contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, master plans, 3D renderings, and sketches provided by TekraPlayorbt remain our intellectual property until full payment for the design phase is remitted. They may not be reproduced or given to a third-party contractor without written consent.

4. Website Content
