Consultation & Project Rules
To ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for both our designers and our clients, TekraPlayorbt adheres to the following structural rules during the consultation and design phases.
Rule 1: Preliminary Site Access
For an accurate initial assessment, our lead architect must be granted full, unobstructed access to the exterior property during the scheduled site visit. Please ensure any pets are secured indoors during this 60-90 minute window.
Rule 2: Material Sourcing Mandate
As a sustainable design studio, we prioritize local, organic, and ecologically responsible materials. We will not source artificial turf, chemically treated invasive plant species, or unethically mined stone. Clients must be aligned with our eco-conscious philosophy.
Rule 3: Design Revision Limits
Our standard design contract includes one initial concept presentation and up to two (2) rounds of major revisions. Any further structural or planting revisions requested beyond this scope will be billed at our hourly architectural rate.
Rule 4: Site Safety During Construction
Once installation begins, the property becomes an active construction zone. For safety and insurance reasons, clients and unauthorized individuals must maintain a safe distance from heavy machinery and deep excavations until cleared by the project manager.
Rule 5: The Post-Installation Maturation Period
A living landscape takes time to settle. Clients must adhere to the provided watering and maintenance schedule for the first 90 days. TekraPlayorbt is not responsible for plant loss resulting from neglect, unauthorized pruning, or deviations from the care guide.
